A specific monoclonal antibody - antigen competitive binding reaction is used to detect Methcathinone in the urine sample. The reagent strip contains Methcathinone bovine gamma globulin conjugate fixed on membrane test area (T) in advance and mouse anti- Methcathinone monoclonal antibody marked by colloidal gold.
