配置The Sequencing Grade Chymotrypsin lyophilized powder was dissolved into 0.5-1 ug/uL using resolution buffer. Use 50 mM NH4HCO3 or PH 7.0-8.0 buffer solution. It is recommended to use 1 mM CaCl2 in the digestion buffer, recombinant sequenced grade chymotrypsin: target protein = 1:2000-1:20.
