Detailed introduction:Morphine Test Cassette (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Morphine in human urine.
A specific monoclonal antibody - antigen competitive binding reaction is used to detect morphine in the urine sample. The reagent strip contains morphine bovine serum albumin conjugate fixed on membrane test area (T) in advance and mouse anti morphine monoclonal antibody marked by colloidal gold.
