Detailed introduction:Marijuana Test Cassette (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Marijuana in human urine.
A specific monoclonal antibody - antigen competitive binding reaction is used to detect Delta-9-THC-COOH in the urine sample. The reagent strip contains Delta-9-THC-COOH bovine serum albumin conjugate fixed on membrane test area (T) in advance and mouse anti Delta-9-THC-COOH monoclonal antibody marked by colloidal gold.
