A specific monoclonal antibody - antigen competitive binding reaction is used to detect d-Amphetamine in the urine sample. The reagent strip contains d-Amphetamine bovine serum albumin conjugate fixed on membrane test area (T) in advance and mouse anti d-Amphetamine monoclonal antibody marked by colloidal gold.
