Detailed introduction:Buprenorhine Test Cassette (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Buprenorhine in human urine.



A specific monoclonal antibody - antigen competitive binding reaction is used to detect buprenorhine in the urine sample. The reagent strip contains buprenorhine bovine serum albumin conjugate fixed on membrane test area (T) in advance and mouse anti- buprenorhine monoclonal antibody marked by colloidal gold.
