Detailed introduction:Morphine/Methamphetamine test kit (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Morphine, Methamphetamine, in human urine.
A specific monoclonal antibody - antigen competitive binding reaction is used to detect Morphine/ Methamphetamine in the urine sample. The reagent strip contains Morphine/ Methamphetamine bovine serum albumin conjugate fixed on membrane test area (T) in advance and mouse anti Morphine/ Methamphetamine monoclonal antibody marked by colloidal gold.
