应用详情
1、收集样本细胞，细胞数量在 10X105个以内。
2、 用冷 PBS 洗涤细胞两次。
3、 75％冰冻乙醇-20℃固定 1 小时或 4℃固定过夜。
4、 用冷 PBS 洗涤细胞一次。
5、 用 200-500ul 冷 PBS 重悬细胞。
6、 加入 Rnase A 溶液 20ul 37℃水浴 30 分钟。
7、 400 目筛网过滤。
8、 加入 400ul PI 染液，轻轻混匀后 4℃避光孵育 30 分钟-1 小时。
9、 流式检测结果。最大激发波长为 488nm。
