Western blot analysis of Peroxiredoxin 1 expression in Hela(A), mouse brain (B), rat brain (C) whole cell lysates.
Immunohistochemical analysis of Peroxiredoxin 1 staining inhuman Heptocancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissuesection. The section was pre-treated using heat mediatedantigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Thesection was then incubated with the antibody at roomtemperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compactpolymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The sectionwas then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted withDPX.
